The majority of these issues can be resolved via a factory reset
WiFi Issues
Connected no internet
If you have connected to your WiFi source, but the internet is not working try the following:
- Ensure your WiFi is working by connecting another device to it.
- Forget the WiFi source on Digi Dash and reconnect to it following the guide.
Can't find the WiFi on Digi Dash
Please try turning WiFi on & off on Digi Dash.
Can't connect to the WiFi
- Make sure you are entering the correct password you can change this in your phones settings.
- Shut down the wireless CarPlay/ Android Auto app as this uses WiFi to connect to your phone and subsequently turns it off on Digi Dash.
Hotspot Issues
Can't find the hotspot on Digi Dash
Hotspots can be quite temperamental and do not always appear straight away.
- Turn your hotspot off and on.
- Turn WiFi off and on.
- Turn your hotspot on as soon as you turn the WiFi back on.
Connected no internet
If you have connected to your hotspot source, but the internet is not working try the following:
- Ensure your hotspot is working by connecting another device to it.
- Forget your hotspot on Digi Dash and reconnect to it following the guide.
- Make sure your phone has data.
Can't connect to the hotspot
- Make sure you are entering the correct password you can change this in your phones settings.
- Disconnect your phone from any WiFi source and make sure roaming is enabled.
- Shut down the wireless CarPlay/ Android Auto appĀ as this uses WiFi to connect to your phone and subsequently turns off your hotspot on your phone and WiFi on Digi Dash.
